The compensation advisor contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to the enhancement of the company’s image.
You find out and analyse customers’ needs on the telephone and check the conditions of acceptance of claims. Your objective is to inform, advise and support customers in the management of their claims.
If necessary, you instruct experts to determine how claims arose, and discuss the claim with the other party involved to protect the company’s rights or to achieve the best settlement, mainly by amicable negotiation.
