Agent / broker inspector (F/M)

The agent / broker inspector directs, advises and assists agents on cases that technically and commercially involve high economic stakes. The object is to promote the Company’s strategy to the networks, to support their professionalisation and to define a commercial development trajectory in one’s sector.

Your mission

You guarantee quality technical and commercial assistance and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. You relay and explain the commercial and underwriting policy in your business area, encouraging agents to accept the choices made and the challenges involved.

You actively monitor and analyse the development potential of your business area and recommend objectives and actions to be implemented. You coordinate the professional training needs of those involved and the responses provided.
