Healthcare manager (F/M)

Your mission

You contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty and to the control of management costs and deadlines. In this context, you find out what is needed, carry out a first level of analysis, check the conditions of acceptance of the claim and inform the customer about its management.

You ensure that correct information is provided to other entities and update the customer’s file as his or her situation develops. You also deal with cases of customer dissatisfaction.

  • You have a feel for oral and written communication.
  • You are proficient in the use of IT tools.
  • You are disciplined.
  • You are adaptable and have a strong team spirit.
