Automotive technical support manager (F/M)

The automotive technical support manager helps our members in difficulty by arranging assistance services.

Your mission

You are in charge of receiving calls from policyholders and analysing claims having regard to the insurance contracts concerned.

You have to coordinate various operations: arranging and checking the vehicle assistance services (breakdown and towing) required in the context of the contracts.

Your profile

  • You are responsive and independent.
  • You like teamwork and you have a feel for service.
  • You are comfortable on the telephone.
  • You like to take on challenges on a daily basis.
