Customer advisor (F/M)

The customer advisor contributes to the company’s commercial development. He or she ensures the excellence of the customer relationship and sells insurance solutions to individuals and professionals.

Your mission

After contacting members and prospective customers and welcoming them to the point of sale, you assess their needs and offer them suitable cover and services.

You contribute to the optimisation of the agency’s portfolio and customer loyalty by regularly reviewing contracts and rates according to changes in the insurable risk.

You are also the eyes on the ground for our marketing and technical units.

Your profile

  • You have a feel for sales and negotiation.
  • You like to take on challenges on a daily basis.
  • You are customer and results oriented.
  • You have analytical skills and a strong team spirit.
