Chief Corporate Officer of Covéa Coopérations
Having graduated with a Master’s degree in Science and Management and a postgraduate diploma in Accounting and Finance, Maud Petit began her career in 1996 at Befec-Pricewaterhouse and then at the French national accounting standards body ANC (Autorité des Normes Comptables).
She joined Covéa in 2008 as Chief Consolidated Financial Statements Officer. She was appointed Chief Control, Solvency, Accounts and Reporting Officer in 2013 before becoming Chief Accounts and Financial Communications Officer, General Manager, in 2015.
She is also a member of the College of the French Accounting Standards Authority (ANC), a member of France Assureurs’ Economic and Financial Committee, and a member of the ACPR’s Prudential Affairs Advisory Committee.
She has been Chief Corporate Officer of Covéa and the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, since 2018.
In 2022, she was made Chief Corporate Officer of Covéa Coopérations.
