After graduating in accountancy from ESC Montpellier and gaining an MBA from Sciences Po Paris, Nathalie Barre-Tricoire spent 10 years in audit and consulting at PwC.

She joined the AGPM Group in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and head of savings and credit activities. In 2010, she was appointed Deputy CEO of life and non-life.

She moved to Covéa in 2020 as project manager reporting to Chief Financial Officer Maud Petit, while also taking responsibility for the Group’s Economic and Financial Operations department.

She was appointed Chief Financial Officer France in 2022.
