Béatrice Savouré holds a degree in management science from Université Paris Dauphine and in management control and audit from IAE Paris. She began her career at CNP Assurances as management controller, going on to become life insurance product manager and marketing manager. 

She joined MMA in 2001 as head of savings and retirement products.

She then held a variety of positions at the Covéa Group, including Head of Customer Relations at MMA, Head of Operations, Controls and Projects at MMA Vie, Head of Life Insurance Customer Services at Covéa, and Chief Executive Officer of MAAF Vie.

In 2019, Béatrice Savouré was appointed Director of Covéa Affinity.

She became Covéa’s Chief Life Insurance Officer and General Manager of MMA Vie in 2021.
