PartnerRe: Philippe Meyenhofer to succeed Jacques Bonneau as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 1 April 2024

He will be supported by Jon Colello, who assumes responsibility for PartnerRe's non-life underwriting business.
As part of these changes, Philippe Meyenhofer joins Covéa's Executive Committee with immediate effect.

Biography
Philippe Meyenhofer is a member of PartnerRe’s Executive Leadership Team and has held executive responsibility for the Company’s Specialty Lines business unit since 2020.
Mr. Meyenhofer joined PartnerRe in 2010 as Head of Financial & Professional Lines PartnerRe Global. He was appointed to Head of Specialty Casualty PartnerRe Global in 2013, to Head of Europe P&C in 2016, and gained the additional responsibility of Deputy CEO P&C in 2018. In 2019, he was named CEO of PartnerRe’s P&C EMEA regional unit.
Mr. Meyenhofer was previously with Transatlantic Re, has over 17 years of industry experience and strong, proven business leadership skills. He holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
