Maud Petit has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of Covéa group

Having graduated with a Master's degree in Management Sciences at Panthéon Sorbonne and an advanced diploma in Accounting and Management, Maud Petit began her career in 1996 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, then joined the Accounting Standards Authority in 2005.

She joined Covéa in 2008 as Chief Consolidated Financial Statements Officer. In 2013, she was appointed Chief Control, Solvency, Accounts and Reporting Officer, before becoming in 2015, Chief Accounts and Financial Communications Officer.

Since 2018, Maud Petit has been Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Covéa. In 2022, she was appointed Deputy CEO of Covéa Cooperations and director of PartnerRe.

She is also a member of the France Assureurs’ Economic and Financial Committee, and a member of the ACPR’s Prudential Affairs Advisory Committee. Until January 1, 2023, she was a member of the College of the French Accounting Standards Authority (ANC). She co-chairs the Covéa group’s women’s network, Cov&Elles.
