Jacques Bonneau

Jacques Bonneau holds degrees from Carleton University in Ottawa and Queen’s University in Kingston (Canada), and began his career at General Reinsurance Corporation.

He has served as Senior Vice President at Trenwick America Group, Chief Underwriting Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at Chartwell Re Corporation, CEO of Ace/Chubb Tempest Re and Group Chief Underwriting Officer at Chubb Ltd.

He joined PartnerRe in 2019 as a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Underwriting and Risk Committee. He became President and Chief Executive Officer of PartnerRe in 2020.
