Call centre advisor
The call centre advisor markets a diverse range of insurance products and services to our members and prospective customers on the telephone, while maintaining the quality of the customer relationship.
You take calls from members and prospective customers, analyse and understand their needs and provide them with appropriate advice. You analyse the insurable risk, and propose and sell products that are suitable for their profiles and needs. You also respond to requests for quotes, and to e-mails posted on the internet.
- You have a feel for sales and negotiation.
- You are comfortable on the telephone and in the use of new communication technologies.
- You are customer and results oriented.
- You have analytical skills and a strong team spirit.
