Agency manager

The agency manager helps his or her team of advisors to broaden their skills and develop the commercial business. He or she maintains a collective dynamic based on common objectives.

You implement the agency’s objectives with an operational action plan, and you organise the team’s activities in order to achieve those objectives.

You analyse the business, identify malfunctions and propose areas for improvement.

You ensure compliance with rules and processes and produce business reports, while being involved in your team’s operational activities.

You develop the skills of your employees by assessing them and supporting them in their wishes for professional development.
