Application manager/Business analyst

The application manager/business analyst is central to the Group’s digital transformation and applies his or her expertise in fast-growing methodologies and technologies (Salesforce solution, agile practices, SAFe, devops, CRM, etc.).

In order to design customer journeys with product owners, you prepare and manage collaborative workshops for the expression of needs or the definition of operational targets.

You contribute to the assessment of business needs and as such take part in all steps necessary until the distribution of the new user processes (writing, platform configuration, presentation, communication, etc.).

• IT design and development have no secrets for you.
• You are disciplined and independent and have the ability to make decisions and prioritise.
• You are an educator and have a feel for customer service.
• You have technical and functional analytical skills.
