The automotive technical support manager helps our members in difficulty by arranging assistance services.
You are in charge of receiving calls from policyholders and analysing claims having regard to the insurance contracts concerned.
You have to coordinate various operations: arranging and checking the vehicle assistance services (breakdown and towing) required in the context of the contracts.
