Scrum master

The scrum master conducts and manages digital projects: web, mobile and AI. He or she organises the project team in line with the requirements of the development team and the product owner’s roadmap.

You organise workshops between the business lines and the production team that you have identified. You guarantee the best integration with the architecture, the tech lead and the teams, and you ensure that the changes are managed in a way that is appropriate for the various parties involved.

Your organisation guarantees the quality of your methodological and technical assistance. You carry out additional research in order to develop the best strategy for implementing solutions with the product owner and the business lines.

• You have a sense of priorities and know how to give meaning to your project milestones.
• You know how to make progress and are a fast and dynamic learner.
• You know you adapt to those you deal with depending on their level of experience in the subjects concerned.
• You have analytical skills and a strong team spirit.
